July is nearly over and how fricken scary is it that we over half way through the year already. And as much as I love summer, I'm already excited for Christmas, and yes I am aware that Christmas is still 5 mouths away. I've already watched 3 Christmas films and I'm ready to get my Christmas tree up, sad I know.

Over the last few weeks I've really struggled with posting blog posts, I write them and then go to post them and then I get this overwhelming feeling that people won't want to read what I've got to say, and why should I even post it. But with some time away to relax, that annoying voice in my head has gone and I'm BACK!!

 After covering for a colleague at work for 2 weeks, I finally got to go away on a short break, back to china fleet, one of my favourite places to stay.


Our holiday didn't get off to a great start with the car breaking down 10 minutes into our drive on a busy round-about in the middle of Exeter, after waiting around for the recovery truck and being towed back to Exmouth, Graham's mum came to the rescue and let us borrow her car for our holiday, 3 hours after we set off we where finally on the road heading to Saltash.


We spent the few days we had there relaxing and celebrating Grahams (early) birthday. I cant express enough how amazing it is at China fleet and I NEVER want to leave after spending some time there. I'm now back to reality, which was inevitable, however I now have a large pile of stuff to unpack and lots of washing to get done, which I'm not looking forward to sorting.  Although we do have a wedding to go to this weekend which I'm really looking forward to, and thinking of uploading a post on the outfit I'm going to wear, so look out for that. 

Can we just talk about the recent weather, where the hell has summer gone, the last week has been constant rain and I'm not okay with it.  I hope where ever you are the weather is better for you!!!
